Donations

The success of the Auction is entirely dependent on volunteers who gather donations. Donations can be in the form of merchandise, gift certificates or services. We have created a solicitation letter that you may use when you solicit donations. We also have guidelines to help with some common questions and examples of donated items from previous Auctions.

Once you have successfully solicited a donation, fill out the online donation form to provide us with donation information. A print-out of the completed donation form and donations should be put in the Auction donation box in the lobby of each campus within one week of receiving the information. All donations to the Clifton School Parent Council are tax deductible, and documentation for donors will be prepared per federal guidelines.
